Frequently asked questions
What happens at kick-off?
We issue the data-request list, confirm the chart of accounts and reporting currency, and agree the diligence perimeter. If the target is Swedish, we ask for the SIE4 export at this stage.
What happens at the 72-hour mark?
You receive a first-cut databook: trial balance loaded, monthly P&L and balance sheet built, data gaps flagged. It is not a finished QoE; it is a first cut, and we say so.
What happens at delivery?
You receive the full databook, the reconciliation pack, the findings report and the open items log. Every figure is traceable to source, and every adjustment is evidenced.
