About Zion Advisor
We are the execution layer behind deal teams that move fast. Built by former Big 4 transaction seniors to give advisory firms, PE funds and acquirers a senior-led alternative to the junior-heavy offshore model.
What we believe
The offshore FDD market has a structural problem: it staffs a junior pyramid and signs off at the top. The result is deliverables that look right but fall apart under buyer scrutiny. We built Zion Advisor to be the firm we wished existed when we ran live transactions.
Senior-led, not pyramid
Every engagement is run by people who have run live transactions — not by juniors learning on your deal. A senior review gate before delivery catches what a junior build misses.
Execution, not advice
We do not compete with the advisory firms we support. We do the build — the databook, the schedules, the analysis — so our clients can do the advising.
Deal-ready by default
Every deliverable we ship is structured the way a buyer expects to read it: linked schedules, visible formulas, source-to-summary ties, and commentary that explains what moved.
No minimums, no retainers
Start with one deliverable on one deal. Our fixed-project model carries no minimum, no retainer, no long-term tie-in.
The partners
Three senior transaction professionals. Combined Big 4 experience across the Nordics, UK, Europe, Middle East and India. One shared standard for what a deal-ready deliverable looks like.
