What we collect through this website, why we use it, who processes it, and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

What we collect
- Enquiries. If you use the contact form or email us: your name, work email, company, timeline, project type and the message you write.
- Material requests. If you ask for something such as the data-request checklist: your email address.
- Website usage. Through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived (for example a search or a link).
Please do not send confidential deal data through the website forms. We will arrange a secure route if files are needed.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and take the steps you ask for. This is the main reason we collect form details.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell personal data.
Who processes it
We use service providers that handle data on our behalf: Formspree (website forms), Google (analytics), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Microsoft 365 (email). Your data may therefore be processed outside your own country, including in India and the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records, and delete them on request unless we have to keep them by law. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.
Cookies
We only use Google Analytics cookies if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, or do not choose, analytics stays off. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, and the site works the same either way.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. Email us at the address above and we will reply within one month. If you are in the EU or EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority, for example IMY in Sweden, Datatilsynet in Norway or Denmark, or the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
We may update this notice and will change the date at the top when we do.
