What we do

Sweden — SIE4 native

The dominant format for Swedish mid-market targets. One SIE4 export gives us monthly P&L, balance sheet, account detail and voucher support in a single ingestion.

Norway — SAF-T v1.30

Mandatory standard audit file since January 2025. Transaction-level completeness comparable to SIE4.

Denmark — årsrapport & GL exports

e-conomic, Dinero and other native ledger exports. Reporting classes A–D determine how much a buyer can learn before diligence starts.

Finland — tilinpäätös & PRH

Netvisor, Procountor and other native exports. Euro-denominated, removing the translation layer present elsewhere in the region.

Linked schedules, traceable figures

Every figure in the databook traces to source through linked Excel schedules. 43 tabs across ES, QE, BO, PL, BS, CF, WC and supporting schedules.

Frequently asked questions

What file do you need to start?

The target's native ledger export: SIE4 for Sweden, SAF-T for Norway, GL export for Denmark and Finland. We do not ask for a reformatted spreadsheet.

How many tabs does a Nordic databook run to?

Typically 40 to 50. The published sample runs to 43 across executive summary, quality of earnings, business overview, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital and supporting schedules.

Can you handle multiple entities?

Yes. Multi-entity groups are standard in our work. We consolidate where the buyer needs consolidated numbers and keep entities separate where the deal is structured that way.

Want this for your deal?
